Being passionate about something is being curious about and appreciative towards all its aspects. That applies to me when it comes to my passion for tea. Every time I have a nice, warm, stress relieving cup of tea, I am always tempted to find out more about the "miracle drink". I keep wondering where the plant is grown, how it is cultivated, how the leaves are processed, what benefit tea brings to human's health, how to evaluate its quality, and a lot of other tea related questions that led me to come up with this website.
Born in one of the biggest tea producing countries in the world and given an opportunity to work in tea industry, I am blessed with abundant resources to learn from about tea. Here I collect some articles as references for you, readers, who are interested in exploring tea, especially Indonesian tea. You can wander from the fascinating scenery offered by Indonesian tea plantations to the complicated chemical compounds of tea. For each article taken from the internet, I cite the source and provide a link at the end of the article to let you read the original one.
Hope you will find it useful. Have a happy browsing!
